As an authorized partner, you can quickly and easily request quotes for our retail products (BOX.3, BOX.6, and mounting kit) using our partner form. Note: You must have an authorized business account with Urban Greenery and be logged in to use this form.
General information
As an authorized Urban Greenery retail partner, you benefit from an innovative product with real added value for your business. All information about the collaboration and the benefits of THE BOX for your business can be found on our retail information page: Retail Information .
Use of the partner form
To place orders or request quotes using our automated form, you need an authorized Urban Greenery business account and must be logged in. Once logged in, you'll have access to our retailer pricing and can use the partner form.
Request offers
As a registered business customer, you can submit individual quote requests using the partner form. To do so, insert your data and choose your desired products and quantities – just like with a regular order. Your request will be automatically sent to us, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible with a specific, non-binding quote. There is of course no obligation to pay, but you can easily convert the offer into an order within 30 days. You will then also see this in your customer account.
- We are also happy to calculate individual shipping costs or accommodate special requests in our quote. Please use the "Remarks" field on the form to do so.
- We do not make offers for less than 10 modules. For smaller quantities, please use the regular webshop. As an authorised retail partner, you can automatically use a discount code for BOX.3, BOX.6 and the assembly set at checkout. This code will be displayed in your customer account.
Wholesaler
If you are a wholesaler, please contact us directly. If you have already agreed on individual wholesale prices with us, please indicate these along with your name in the "Remarks" field. We will assign your request accordingly and take the agreed terms into account.

BOX.3 (Link to product page)
The BOX.3 is our most popular retail product – compact, functional, and modern in design.
It has three planting holes and uses the proven Lechuza PON substrate. An integrated water tank with a capillary system ensures even watering. The tank only needs to be filled every 7–14 days via a designated watering hole. The integrated water level indicator reliably shows when the tank is full or empty. Thanks to its patented drawer system, plants can be easily swapped out – ideal for flexible handling during sales.
BOX.3 has established itself in the retail sector as an entry-level product: lightweight, low-maintenance and attractively priced.
Mounting kit ( link to product page )
The mounting kit includes two stainless steel rails for wall mounting as well as the appropriate screws and dowels.
It can be ordered in addition to the BOX.3 and is included with the BOX.6. This set is required if multiple modules are to be combined or permanently installed. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service or use the "Comments" field on the quotation form.
BOX.6 (Link to product page)
The BOX.6 is similar in design to the BOX.3, but features six planting openings and, instead of a drawer system, relies on a permanently integrated substrate pad filled with organic soil from Patzer Erden. Here, too, an internal water tank with a capillary system ensures even and easy-care watering. Refilling also takes place every 7–14 days, supported by a reliable water level indicator. The BOX.6 offers a particularly high plant density and is ideal for commercial customers with higher demands in terms of impact and volume.
It is slightly heavier and more expensive than the BOX.3, which is why we recommend the BOX.3 primarily for retail.

Custom-made products and white label
If you would like custom color schemes or white label production, please contact our customer service directly or state your request as a comment on the form. Please note that we can only offer custom colors and white label production for a minimum order quantity of 400 modules. Integrating your logo is generally possible – if you cover the tooling costs, we would be happy to provide you with a customized quote.

Shipping and delivery conditions
The average delivery time is approximately 14 days after receipt of payment, with larger deviations for larger order volumes. Final delivery times will be communicated to you when your quote is created.
Shipment
We ship orders of up to 10 modules individually via our logistics partner DPD. The corresponding shipping costs can be found in our shipping price table.
For orders of 20 modules or more—or sooner if more economical—shipping is handled by our shipping partners. Please understand that freight costs must be calculated individually and therefore no flat-rate information is available. We are happy to calculate the shipping costs as part of your individual quote. Therefore, please be sure to provide your correct delivery address.
The form is not visible or it does not work
If you cannot see the form and the dealer price lists or if you are experiencing technical problems, the following problems may be occurring:
You don't have a business account: To use the partner form, you must have an authorized business account with Urban Greenery and be logged in. If you don't have an account yet, you can register here: Registration for trade partners and business customers . When registering, please indicate that you would like to be listed as a trade partner with Urban Greenery. After your information has been verified, your account will be activated within 1–3 business days.
You are not logged in: If you already have a business account, please log in using the person icon in the header. After logging in, you can either navigate back to this page via the account view or reload the URL – the form will then be displayed.
You have JavaScript disabled: Our website uses JavaScript and will not function properly without it. Please check if JavaScript is enabled in your browser.
You're using a VPN: In rare cases, an active VPN may be blocking our form API. In this case, you should temporarily disable your VPN connection.
